HARRISON SECURITY: PRACTICAL HANDOVER FOR YOUR EXISTING WEB TEAM Prepared by WeePages, a Towpath Digital service, 5 November 2026 The accompanying harrison-homepage-starter.html is a self-contained design starter. Open in a browser to review. It is not a complete production migration. Useful changes for the current site: 1. Keep a clear telephone link visible on mobile. 2. Give guarding, patrols, CCTV, response, keyholding and access control their own useful pages. 3. Use descriptive page titles and one clear main heading on each page. Reviewed contact markup lacked an h1. 4. Link related services deliberately and give visitors a plain-language way to choose. 5. Keep actual public company/contact details consistent. Confirm geography, hours, registration details and claims with Matt. 6. Replace generic WordPress privacy wording with a notice matching the actual forms and integrations. 7. Test forms to the receiving mailbox, including error handling, spam protection and confirmation. Never request alarm/key-safe codes in a first enquiry. 8. Resize/compress images, keep text readable and test keyboard and mobile layouts. 9. Preserve existing URLs with permanent redirects, including /index.php/ routes and any domain/protocol variants. 10. Set the final canonical domain, sitemap, social metadata and supported business schema. No fabricated reviews or badges. 11. Remove preview noindex only at production launch, then verify Search Console, indexing and the real sitemap. 12. Report traffic and Search Console numbers alongside work completed and validation status. A fixed page and a Google validation result are different stages. Starter limitations: one homepage only, navigation points to local homepage sections/current company pages. No form backend, CMS, analytics, cookie management or mail delivery. Existing photography/icon and any use rights need Matt's approval. The HTML is deliberately marked noindex until adapted and approved for production. No full technical, security, legal or accessibility certification is implied.
